Thank you for choosing me to be part of your journey—your present, and the future we’ll build together.
I believe we’re all created with a unique purpose, each of us equipped with the gifts we need to fulfill it.
But let me be real with you: for the longest time, I couldn’t see my own purpose. I’d look at people who seemed to have it all figured out—the ones who say, "I’m living the dream!"—and wonder why they got to live the dream while I felt stuck.
From the outside, my life might’ve looked put together. But behind the scenes? It was messy. Really messy.
Drinking played a big role in creating that mess—and for a while, it was my way of coping with everything that felt wrong in life. I thought it was the answer to numbing my pain, but instead, it was only adding to the chaos.
If you’re in that place, you know exactly what I mean.
But here’s the thing—I wouldn’t trade those messy times for anything. They taught me so much, and out of that chaos, I built something better.
It took patience, perseverance, and the presence of those close to me.
That’s how "A Renovated Life" was born. I made the decision to live sober, and, that decision changed everything. My life, my relationships, my sense of purpose—all of it transformed when I committed to a sober life.
I learned how to tear down walls that kept me from real, deep connections—and how to build up boundaries that protect me from harm. Recovery has given me tools I never had before: tools that helped me nail down my values, patch the broken parts of my heart, and stand strong in who I am without needing alcohol to dull the edges.
I came to understand that success isn’t about what you have, but who you have—the friends who know your back door’s always open because that’s just how you roll.
Creating a sober life is about more than just quitting drinking.
I’m here to help you uncover that strength within yourself. To help you build a sober life that’s not just free from alcohol, but full of joy, meaning, and connection.
Let’s build it together.
