Hi, I’m Kit .
After finally getting sober (because it did not come easy), I’ve learned a thing or two about renovation—
especially the kind that happens from the inside out.
Today, I bring that experience together with years of work in training, workplace wellbeing, recovery-friendly workplaces, and community engagement to help people and organizations build something better.
Through engaging keynotes, hands-on workshops, corporate training, and Renovated Recovery—my alumni engagement program for treatment and recovery organizations—I turn real-life experience into practical tools people can actually use.
From boardrooms to basements, my work is rooted in the same belief: lasting change starts with a strong foundation, the right tools, and a willingness to do a little renovating.
